Virtual Field Trip – Grade 3

Virtual field trips allow learners to explore the different places of the world and provide alternative educational opportunities for children. Today our Grade 3 Edifiers took a virtual field trip to the space station. Space exploration gave an insight to students about technical innovations and space technology. Students enjoyed rocket launching and had an insight into various artificial satellites and their role in communication. They could connect their transdisciplinary theme, our expression, and enhance their thinking skills. It was a safe and interactive way for them to learn about communication satellites and space technology which is playing a vital role in improving our lives and making the world a better place.
