Clay Modelling Activity

Students of IK-2 were engrossed in the Clay Modelling activity of the letters of their names.
Using strokes like, they had a recapitulation of the lowercase letters. Students were all excited while making the letters with clay, knowing that it will lead to their names.

Name writing or making increases children’s conceptual and procedural knowledge.

Names are meaningful to children and preschoolers typically are interested in learning to write or make the letters in their name with colorful clay.
